How much does a real estate photographer cost in Gatineau?
Unlimited HDR photos cost $150 per address, in Canadian dollars and before taxes. A multi-unit building is priced per unit, and a larger property costs more. New clients pay $150 for photos and drone on a first shoot (one first shoot per realtor). Your exact total shows in the calculator and on the booking form.
What is HDR in real estate photography?
HDR combines several exposures of one scene. The room and the view through the window both stay readable, instead of a blown-out window or a dark corner.
How fast do we get the photos?
Photos are guaranteed 12 hours after the shoot ends, edited and ready for Centris and MLS.
What if the sky is grey or it rains?
Blue sky replacement is included at no charge. If the weather forces a delay, we reschedule the shoot at no charge.
Do I need to be there during the shoot?
No. You can leave the lockbox code, or meet us on site.
Do you shoot in Ottawa and Montréal?
