A photo shows a room. A video shows how you move from one room to the next, and that is what holds a buyer who is scrolling on a phone. We shoot real estate video in Gatineau, Ottawa and the surrounding areas, in 4K, in two formats: the vertical 9:16 reel for Instagram and TikTok, and the property video for the listing.

The vertical reel, 30 to 90 seconds long, costs $350 per reel, before taxes. Cinematic property video and commercial video are available on request, depending on the property. If you want video with photos and drone, the Signature package at $545 brings together HDR photos, a 4K reel and drone photos.

The shoot happens during the same visit as the photos. You do not have to stay on site: the lockbox is enough.
